property of zinc – its sustainability!

Zinc can be recycled indefinitely without losing its physical or chemical properties. Our remelted zinc ingots are obtained from the careful processing of the zinc granules originating in galvanisers zinc ashes. The remelted zinc granules are casted into ingots of about 23 kg each, with a good metallic appearance, totally free from mechanical iron, skimmings or any oxidation.

We are an ISO 9001:2000 certified organisation, and maintain strict quality control in our state-of-the-art laboratory. As evidenced by our chemical specifications, we easily surpass the 98.5 % Zn content of the normal GOB Zn ingots.

The guaranteed maximum percent of the iron content (max. 0.20%) and lead content (max. 1.00 %) make our remelted zinc ingots ideally suited  for use in brass alloys, zinc oxide production, chemical applications, zinc corrections in galvanising bathes, etc…

The ingots are sold in bundles of about 1MT each.
